Ask and You Shall Receive 💫

 
 

I grew up believing that if something isn’t offered, it’s rude to ask for it. Heaven forbid I’m ever rude, ha! 😜

The reality is…It doesn’t hurt to inquire. Sure, it doesn't always feel good to get turned down. But it's not the end of the world, and sometimes amazing possibilities open up if you're willing to take a risk and ask.

Sometimes someone hasn't offered something because the idea simply never crossed their mind. I've even been told, "I was waiting for you to ask me that!"

Ask and You Shall Receive - This expression is taken from the Bible and it points to a divine principle. Your mind might have ideas that aren't in your best interest, but Spirit gives you what your soul truly desires. When mind and soul align, that's a powerful force!

Even then, your request doesn't always get fulfilled in the form or timing you imagined. You receive what you're open to and what's in your highest good. Nonetheless - asking opens you to receive more.

I know better now than I did growing up, but undoing old limited programming through affirmations and mindfulness alone is a slow process.
