Q: How can phone hypnosis work without seeing each other?
A. If you have a webcam,we can still work face-to-face via Skype. However, even during in-person hypnosis, you close your eyes during the session, so seeing is not a component of a hypnosis session.
Closing your eyes helps you focus inwardly, which is important for hypnosis. During phone or online hypnosis, you will sit or lie comfortably in your own home listening to the hypnotist's suggestions, preferrably from a headset. The hypnosis session will otherwise run the same as in person.
Q: What exactly is Skype?
A. Skype is a free program that allows you to make phone 
or video calls online. You can download Skype here. Once you schedule your phone or online hypnosis session, we'll email you with our Skype name and instructions.
